Design projects of apartments
for families with children
2-room apartment 53 m2
For whom: a family with a child
Designer: Kiseleva Tatiana

Customers asked to combine the kitchen and living room, so visually there was a zoning between the rooms.

We solved this problem by demolishing the wall. A decorative partition made of slats was installed on the one side of the border between the kitchen and the living room, and a bar table on the other.
4-room apartment 115.7 m2
For whom: a young couple with a child
Designer: Shaldybina Svetlana

The main wish of the customer was the selection of the correct tonality of all materials and finishes. Ergonomic space comfortable for living.

Entrance hall with light stained glass ceiling. The pattern on it repeats the pattern of the tiles on the floor. In the guest bathroom, the cabinet is finished and the toilet is finished with wood-like installation. There are paintable wallpapers, and only in one place in the hall there are moldings. A kitchen with smooth fronts, the color was the wishes of the customers. Everything else was tied to this color in semitones. Rounded sofas that follow the curves of a rounded wall. In the working room, the emphasis is on the use of brass. Two chairs at one table for work. In the nursery there is an accent wall behind the sofa and cabinets of unusual shapes with open shelves, as well as shelves and with an inset made of frosted glass. In the bathroom, the smoky glass contrasts with the calm tones of the tiles. The bedroom has a mint accent color.

For whom: a young couple expecting a baby (girls)
Designer: Yakovenko Tatiana

The apartment is located on the first floor. The developer provides access to the street to a small terrace from the kitchen. The windows in the apartment are on the floor, which makes it very bright.

When planning, it was necessary to make a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, a guest bedroom and a kid's room. We also managed to place a dressing room and make a functional hallway. The color scheme was chosen to be cold, muted, and shades of blue were added as accents.

3-room apartment 75 m2

Designer: Sotnikova Anna

Author's design project for a couple. There are no children yet, but they are to be soon. It was necessary to provide a room for a child of any gender. They also have cats, so the whole finish is vandal-proof. The colors are nude, the interior is in a modern style.
3-room apartment 93 m2
For whom: a young family of three
Designer: Natalia Kruglova

The client asked for the interior in a modern style, with the addition of bright accents.
We managed to solve this problem: a bright lilac kitchen, an accent wall behind the sofa in the living room, light walls, as well as furniture in light colors.

The interior turned out to be soft and at the same time somewhat contrasting thanks to the accent elements. The client was satisfied.
4-room apartment 98 m2
ДFor whom: a family of different generations - grandmother, mother, 19-year-old son
Designer: Anastasia Pushkareva

Apartment project with loft style elements.

The main request of the customers was to equip their life in such a way that family members do not break each other's biorhythms; it was necessary to take into account the age and physiology of the grandmother, who is actively involved in household chores and must have an access to everything around. At the same time, the owner of this property is a young man, who determined the stylistic orientation of the interior, took an active part in the selection of finishing materials, technical equipment of the apartment.

Initially, the living space included a kitchen-living room and two bedrooms, we managed to change the layout solution by keeping the kitchen-living room and allocating three separate bedrooms. The bathrooms were divided into male and female ones.
4-room apartment 86 m2
For whom: a young family with a small daughter. A married couple was expecting a second baby in the beginning of our work
Designer: Grigorieva Daria

The area for mutual use was supposed to accommodate a kitchen-living room, a master bedroom, a nursery for two children, as well as a home office where you can effectively work remotely.

We managed to create four living quarters, as well as two bathrooms and a large dressing room-laundry room. One of the bathrooms is a full-fledged room with a bathtub by the window. With this arrangement of the bath, the best solution was to use a vertical designer radiator-heated towel rail, which is connected to the general heating system. The kitchen turned out to be very functional and roomy due to the two-tier top cabinets and an island in which a wine cabinet fitted. The TV built into the kitchen facade has become an excellent solution in saving free surfaces. The kids room turned out to be universal, since the gender of the second baby at the time of the creation of the project was not yet known.
Apartment 22.4 m2
For whom: a family with a child
Designer: Kiseleva Tatiana

This design project was created only for mutual-use rooms .

The customer asked to make the apartment in a modern style and make the most of the entire area. The family likes to invite many guests, so it was necessary to make sure that all of them could fit in a small kitchen.

We solved this problem by dining table, which can be expanded if necessary. We also provided a bar table and used the windowsill as a seating area

2-storey apartment 218 m2
For whom: buy-for-rent apartment for a family with two children
Designer: Olga Novichenko

The project is in the style of a modern classic.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen-dining room with huge panoramic windows, a bedroom, an office, two bathrooms and dressing rooms. On the second floor there is a living room, a guest bedroom, a nursery, two bathrooms and a laundry room.

The customer requested to organize a dining area for receiving guests, to place a wine cabinet, a fireplace and to organize some storage space. Also a lot of light in the apartment was wanted.

We have solved these problems: the kitchen has a biofireplace and cabinets for built-in appliances, a collection of wines and the placement of kitchen utensils. The fireplace area was decorated in black marble, in the same version - the island in the kitchen. Two rooms were allocated for storing things in the layout, as well as ordinary and built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms. And with the help of open stairs and a mirrored wall in the dining room, the request for light was realized.

Our task was to create a design in light colors, in the spirit of minimalism. In the process of work, the customer realized that he had chosen "the wrong style". We had to rebuild the entire concept of the project urgently. At the same time, the client himself actively participated in the process of creating the project. The project was completed on time, the client was satisfied.

3-room apartment 75 m2
For whom: a married couple with a child
Designer: Ustinova Anastasia

The customer set us the task of creating a project in the Scandinavian style, based on the existing walls and electrical wiring. We have carefully worked out the layout and made the space ergonomic. Used for decoration wood, decorative plaster of light colors with light effects. They also made accent details to dilute the monochrome interior.

2-room apartment 69 m2
For whom: a young married couple with two children
Designer: Anastasia Pushkareva

The interior combines classic Scandinavian and eco-style: white walls, lots of natural materials and plants.

On an area of 69 m², it was possible to place a highly functional nursery for a boy and a girl, a shower room, a bathroom with an entrance from the master bedroom, and a spacious kitchen-studio. We made the most of the space and took into account the norms of ergonomics.

Together with the customer, we thought through all the scenarios for using the apartment and used them as a basis for planning and finishing solutions. Such elaboration of details at the project stage allows you to make repairs much faster and more efficiently and avoid alterations and unpleasant surprises.

2-room apartment 51.1 m2
For whom: a young married couple with two children
Designer: Kiseleva Tatiana

The customer asked to make the interior as comfortable and functional as possible, using a minimum of textiles and decor, as he is allergic to dust.

We solved this problem by avoiding decorative pillows and fluffy carpets - they look great, but they quickly accumulate dust. It is better to store such things in closets and take them out when needed. We also gave up an idea to place a lot of open shelves and decor.

The exception was the kids room. We made it bigger by attaching a balcony, and organized a corner with soft poufs there. The room was visually divided into two zones: a place for study, sleep and joint leisure. As a partition - a rack, which has a lot of space for small items and books. It does not weigh down the interior and will not interfere with the lighting of the space.
